SHIPPING POLICY

 

 

 

Order Processing Time

 

 

Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

Changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

 

 

 

Shipping Regions

 

 

We currently ship to:

 

  • Canada

  • United States

  • Australia

  • Singapore

 

 

We do not offer shipping to other countries or regions at this time.

 

 

 

Shipping Carrier & Methods

 

 

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

 

  • Canada & International (Australia, Singapore): Xpresspost

  • United States: Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel

 

 

Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.

 

 

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

 

 

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring this information is accurate.

 

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

 

  • A $1.50 processing fee may apply

  • You may be charged the full cost of reshipping

  • Refunds (if requested) will exclude the original shipping fee

 

 

 

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

 

 

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected or actual delivery date at:

We will assist you in filing a claim with Canada Post.

 

 

 

Forwarding Addresses

 

 

If you use a mail forwarding service, PeachBlueberry is responsible only until the package reaches the forwarding address.

Any issues beyond that point must be handled with your forwarding provider.

 

 

 

Weather-Related Delays

 

 

PeachBlueberry is not responsible for shipping delays or damages caused by weather or other unforeseen circumstances once the package is in transit.

 

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

 

Beauty & Skincare Returns Policy (Final Sale)

 

 

This policy applies exclusively to PeachBlueberry beauty and skincare products.

 

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity standards, all beauty and skincare items are final sale.

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including:

 

  • Change of mind

  • Personal sensitivities or reactions

  • Dissatisfaction with results

 

 

A replacement or refund is only provided if:

 

  • The incorrect beauty or skincare item was shipped, or

  • The item arrived damaged due to a fulfillment error

 

 

Customers must notify us within 3 business days of delivery with photos or video evidence at:

Non-Beauty and Non-Skincare Items

 

 

This policy applies to all other product categories, such as:

 

  • Fine art prints and canvases

  • Apparel

  • Accessories

  • Stationery

  • Other merchandise

 

 

 

Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

 

 

We accept returns for non-beauty items only if:

 

  • The wrong item was shipped, or

  • The item arrived damaged (verified with photo/video proof)

 

 

Customers must contact us within 3 business days of delivery at:

Exchanges for Non-Beauty Items:

 

 

Exchanges may be offered under the following conditions:

 

  • The item has not been opened

  • Has not been used or worn

  • Has not been damaged

  • Is in its original packaging and condition

 

 

Exchange requests must be made within 3 business days of delivery.

Exchange approval is granted at the sole discretion of PeachBlueberry.

 

 

 

Returns Due to Company Error (All Product Types)

 

 

If you received the wrong product due to our error, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

 

We will provide:

 

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  • Instructions for returning the item

 

 

Returned items must be unopened and in original condition to qualify for replacement or refund.

 

 

 

Return Processing

 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you regarding approval or rejection.

 

If approved:

 

  • Replacements ship within 24 hours

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

 

 

Late or Missing Refunds
