SHIPPING POLICY

​

Order Process Time:

Orders are processed for shipping within 24 hours of purchase. Changes and cancellations has to be made within 2 hours the orders are placed. Request for changes or cancellations will not be accepted once the orders are shipped.

Courier:

We ship orders via Canada Post.

​

Shipping Method Option:

Domestic and International: Xpresspost

USA: Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel

 
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when th
e order is placed. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer; the customer, under our discretion, may be responsible for a return processing fee of $1.50 as well the re-shipment cost equal to the cost of shipment for the order. If the package is returned and a refund is requested, a refund excluding the shipping fee will be processed.

 

Lost or Damaged in Transit:

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at sales@peachblueberry.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with Canada Post.

 

Forwarding Orders:

If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment.


We are not responsible to weather related damage or delays. 
 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns:
If you received wrong products due to our error, please contact us within 5 days from the date of receipt of the products at sales@peachblueberry.com for resolution or return authorization. A Return Merchandise Authorization and return address will be emailed to you. To protect the freshness and integrity of the ingredients in our products, the items must not be opened. We cannot approve replacement or refund if the items are opened.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund.

  • If you are approved for replacement, the correct items will be shipped in 24 hours for delivery.

  • If you are approved for refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please contact us at sales@peachblueberry.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
