Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete.

 

If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address:

 

• Customers may be responsible for any reshipping fees and applicable carrier charges.
• Refunds, if approved, will exclude original shipping fees.
• Orders returned due to customer-provided address errors are not eligible for free reshipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date or actual delivery date at:

Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times and transit conditions are outside PeachBlueberry’s control. We will work with the carrier to investigate lost or damaged shipments and, where applicable, assist with filing a claim.

If you use a mail forwarding service, PeachBlueberry is responsible only until the package reaches the forwarding address provided at checkout.

 

Any loss, delay, damage, or delivery issue occurring after the package has been accepted by the forwarding service is the responsibility of the forwarding provider and customer.

Forwarding Addresses

PeachBlueberry is not responsible for delays, damages, or delivery interruptions caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, labour disputes, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Weather and Carrier Delays

Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

 

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping fees charged by PeachBlueberry.

 

Failure to pay customs fees or refusal of delivery may result in the package being returned or abandoned by the carrier. Any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
