Non-Beauty and Non-Skincare Products

• Fine art prints and canvases
• Apparel
• Accessories
• Stationery
• Other merchandise

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We may provide a refund or replacement if:

 

• The wrong item was shipped; or
• The item arrived damaged and the damage is verified through photo or video evidence.

Exchanges for Non-Beauty Products

Exchanges may be offered only when:

 

• The item is unused.
• The item has not been worn.
• The item remains unopened.
• The item is in its original packaging.
• The item is returned in original condition.

 

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.

 

Exchange approval is granted solely at the discretion of PeachBlueberry.

Returns Due to Company Error

If you received an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

 

If approved, we will provide:

 

• Return instructions
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), if applicable

 

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition unless the issue relates to shipping damage.

Return Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

 

If approved:

 

• Replacement orders are typically shipped within 24 hours.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
